| 摘 要： | 对我国社区护理的功能、组织管理、供需状况、社区护士的就职场所、护士数及护理专业水平、社区护理教育体系以及与发达国家的差距进行综述,提出系统构建社区护理服务框架,在现有条件下政府、护理学术组织、社区护理教育、实践机构间的相互协作和积极实践是发展我国社区护理的关键。 |

| Abstract: | It summarized the function,management of organization,supply and demand state of community care,accession place of community nurses,numbers of nurses and nursing level of expertise,educational system of community care and difference between in China and in developed country.And it put forward that systematically constructing community care service frame,mutual cooperation and active practice among the government,nursing academic organization,and community care education and practical institutions are the key points for community care development in China under current situation. |
