| 摘 要： | 目的：研究高血压病康复治疗的效果。方法：对２０例高血压病人进行健康教育、心理调整、饮食指导、规律生活、运动等综合康复治疗。结果：显效１５例,有效３例,总有效率９０％,血压治疗前、后对比有显差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：综合康复治疗有显降压效果,是降低血压的基础问法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveExplore the effects ofrehabilitation therapy in aged patients with hypertension.MethodsComprehensiverehabilitation(health education,psychologic adjustment,diet instruction,regularityliving,exercise) were conducted in 20 aged patients with hypertension.ResultsThereis apparent effect in 15 cases;blood pressure decreased significantly compared beforetherapy(P<0.05).ConclusionThere is significant effect of decreasingblood pressure by comprehensive rehabilitation,and comprehensive rehabilitation is basietherapy for decreasing blood pressure. |
