浙江农村人群戊型肝炎感染率调查

目的检测浙江德清农村人群中戊型肝炎血清抗体水平，调查并评价各种可能的戊型肝炎病毒感染的危险因素。方法通过调查表收集研究人群的一般资料并采用间接酶联免疫吸附法检测血清抗HEV-IgG抗体。结果在被调查且自愿采血的663人中，HEV-IgG抗体阳性率为63．50％，男性（70．03％）显著高于女性（57．14％）。各年龄组阳性率随年龄升高而增加，20岁以下组最低，仅为23．53％；20岁以上组为55．00％，之后虽然继续升高，但保持在一个稳定水平。既往肝炎史、输血史、饲养和接触动物与戊型肝炎抗体阳性率的关系无统计学意义。结论浙江农村地区戊型肝炎病毒感染情况普遍，男性高于女性．有随着年龄的增加而升高的趋势。

Prevalence of IgG-class antibodies to hepatitis E virus in a rural population in Zhejiang Province

Purpose To evaluate and determine the seroprevalence and epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis E virus in a rural population in Zhejiang Province. Methods Totally 1 850 healthy persons with age over 7 years old were interviewed.Anti-HEV IgG antibody in sera collected from a total of 669 persons was tested with an indirect ELISA. Results Total prevalence of the 663 population was as high as 63.50%,and it was higher in males(70.03%) than in females(57.14%).The prevalence increased with age significantly,but remained a stable level from the age over 30 years old.The association between the prevalence of anti-HEV IgG and history of hepatitis,transfusion,or breeding domestic animals was not statistically significant. Conclusions The data from this study strongly suggested that HEV infection was widespread among the rural population in Zhejiang Province.HEV infection was significantly associated with gender and age.
