某试点医院医务人员对临床路径的认知分析

通过对某临床路径试点医院医务人员进行专题问卷调查,分析了111名医务人员对临床路径知识的知晓情况、参与临床路径的意愿情况以及影响到其意愿的相关因素,提出临床路径试点工作仍需加强赢传与培训、加快信息化建设、加强统筹协调、多方协作等建议,旨在为进一步推动临床路径试点工作找到工作重点。

The Analysis of Awareness of the Clinical Pathway among Medical Staff in a Pilot Hospital

A special subject survey of the awareness of clinical pathway among medical staff in a pilot hospital was conducted.The knowledge of the clinical pathway,the willingness of participation in clinical pathway and the related factors affecting their intentions in 111 medical personnel were analyzed.On the basis of the survey,the paper proposes that,in order to find the working points to further promote the pilot work of clinical pathway,clinical pathway pilot project still needs to strengthen the publicity and training,to accelerate the informationization,to reinforce coordination and to promote the formation of multi-party cooperation situation.
