乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族青少年鼻部形态与颌骨形态的相关性研究

目的:探讨乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族青少年鼻部轮廓形态与颌骨形态的关系。方法:选取70例(男35例,女35例),年龄12～18岁的维吾尔族青少年正常牙合个体为研究对象,均拍摄X线头颅侧位片,通过Adobe Phot os hop CS5图像处理软件测定X线片中12个鼻部相关变量,14个颅面骨骼参数,用pear s on相关分析对数据进行统计学处理。结果:鼻背长、鼻深度1、鼻深度2、鼻骨长与上下颌骨长度、面高度呈正相关变化。鼻峰、鼻颏角、软组织面突度都与ANB、颌凸角有关。结论:乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族青少年鼻长度、突度及形态与上下颌骨的高度、长度及矢状/垂直位置有关。

Correlation of adolescents'nasal profile and facial skeletal in Urumqi Uygur nationality

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the facial skeletal and the nasal profile in Urumqi Uygur nationality adolescents.Methods The samples derived from70 pairs of Uygur normal occlusion adolescent(35males,35females)aged from 12 to 18 years.Twelve nasal parameters and fourteen facial skeletal parameters on lateral cephalograms were measured by Adobe Photoshop CS5.Pearson correlation analysis was used for statistical analysis.Results Nasal length,Ndepth l,Ndepth2 and NbonelL had positive correlation with maxilla and mandible length and facial height.HUMP,NMA,SFC was found to be correlated with ANB,angle of convexity.Conclusion Nasal length,Nasal prominence and Nasal form are associated with height,length,anteroposterior,vertical classification of the maxilla and the mandible in Urumqi Uygur nationality adolescents.
