关节腔双管闭式冲洗负压引流的护理

目的：观察关节腔双管闭式冲洗负压引流的效果并探讨其护理方法。方法：将60例化脓性关节炎病灶清除术后，行关节腔双管闭式冲洗负压引流的患者，按住院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用传统冲洗方法；实验组根据药敏试验选择有效抗生素冲洗方法，根据术后时间，选择不同的冲洗速度。结果：实验组冲洗时间较对照组缩短，堵管发生率低，效果优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：关节腔双管闭式冲洗负压引流是化脓性关节炎术后的重要方法，安全、可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Closed double tube washing and negative pressure drainage of joint cavity and its nursing

Objective:To observe the effects of closed double tube washing and negative pressure drainage of joint cavity and to probe it's nursing methods.Methods:60 cases that underwent focus clearance of purulent arthritis were divided into trial group and control group according to their hospital admission order.The control group was given traditional washing while the trial group was treated with special consideration(chose appropriate washing speed according to postoperation time,chose effective antibiotics according to drug sensitive test results).Results:Compared with control group,the trail group showed shorter washing time,lower tube plugging rate and better cure effects.Conclusion:Closed double tube washing and negative pressure drainage of joint cavity is a safe and reliable treatment for purulent arthritis and worth clinical application.
