早期康复训练对卒中后肢体功能恢复的影响

目的探讨早期康复训练对卒中后伴肢体功能障碍患者功能恢复的影响。方法将116例卒中伴肢体功能障碍患者随机分为干预组与对照组各58例,对照组予以常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上行早期康复训练。于发病后2周、3周及6个月后随访和复诊,由经治医生运用双盲法测试肌力、评定日常生活活动能力Barthel指数,再将2组数据进行处理比较。结果干预组在肌力、Barthel指数恢复方面较对照组效果明显,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练对卒中后肢体功能恢复有显著效果,可降低致残率,提高生活质量。

Effect of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of limb function after stroke

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training on recovery of limb dysfunction in stroke patients.Methods 116 stroke patients with limb dysfunction were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,58 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while intervention group was treated with early rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.Follow-up and return visit were implemented in 2 weeks,3 weeks and after 6 months after onset.Myodynamia and Barthel index of activities of daily living(ADL) were tested and assessed with through double blind method by doctors,and then the data of two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Myodynamia and Barthel index in the intervention group was better than the control group,and there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can significantly promote the recovery of limb function,reduce disability rate and improve the quality of life.
