山楂叶总黄酮对脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:为研究山楂叶总黄酮(Hawthorn Leaves Flavonoids,HLF)对脑缺血的保护作用。采用两种动物模型:①通过小鼠急性脑缺血模型,计算脑指数,检测脑组织内的丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、Na^ -K^ -ATP酶(Na^ -K^ -ATPase)和Ca^2 -ATP酶(Ca^2 -ATPase)的活性。②采用大鼠的大脑中动脉血栓模型(MCAO),产生局灶性脑缺血,计算脑梗塞范围。结果显示,HLF降低了模型组小鼠脑指数、脑内MDA,升高了LDH、Na^ -K^ -ATPase和Ca^2 -ATPase的活性。提示HLF对小鼠脑缺血有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:To investigate the protective effect of Hawthorn Leaves Flavonoids (HLF) on cerebral ischemia models, the acute cere- bral ischemia model in mice was used, and the values of MDA, LDH, brain index (ratio of the brain weight with body weight) and the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATP- ase were observed; middle cerebral artery occlusion model was used, and the infarcted scope in brain was calculated. Results: The values of MDA and brain index were significantly raised, while the activity of LDH, Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATP- ase were declined remarkably, which were all antagonized by HLF; HLF also reduced significantly the infarcted scope in the brains. It is showed that HLF afforded protection against cerebral ischemia. [HT6ZY]
