CD44v6和E-cadherin表达与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系

目的 :探讨CD4 4v6和E cadherin(E Cad)表达与乳腺癌临床病理生物学行为的关系 ,以及它们之间的相关性。方法 :应用催化信号放大系统免疫组化方法 ,对 94例乳腺癌组织进行CD4 4v6和E Cad蛋白检测。结果 :CD4 4v6阳性表达及E Cad阴性表达均与乳腺癌的组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移、复发和预后呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。乳腺癌中CD4 4v6表达与E Cad表达呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :CD4 4v6表达与E Cad表达具有负调节的协同作用。CD4 4v6和E Cad表达对估计乳腺癌淋巴结转移及患者生存期有重要意义 ,可作为判断乳腺癌的转移和预后的参考指标

Correlation between expression of CD44V6,E-cadherin and biological behavior in breast cancer

Purpose:To investigate the relationship of expression of CD44v6, E cadherin (E Cad) with clinic biologicl behavior in breast cancer and its correlation. Methods:Catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD44v6 and E Cad in 94 cases of breast cancer.Results:The positive expression of CD44v6 and the negative expression of E Cad were positively correlated with the grading, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer. In breast cancer, the expression of CD44v6 had negative correlation to that of E Cad.Conclusions:Several genes were involved in the occurrence and development of breast cancer in which the expression of CD44v6 had negative regulative synergistic action with that of E Cad. CD44v6 and E Cad expression, as a clinical valuable marker, has a great significance in assessing node metastasis and survival.
