雷公藤多苷联合糖皮质激素治疗PNS患者的疗效

目的探讨雷公藤多苷联合糖皮质激素治疗成年人原发性肾病综合征的有效性及安全性。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月医院收治的70例成年人原发性肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组实施糖皮质激素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合雷公藤多甙治疗。对比分析两组患者的总有效率、24 h尿蛋白、白蛋白水平及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率(94.29%)明显高于对照组(74.29%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的24 h尿蛋白(1.13±0.12)g/d低于对照组(1.58±0.14)g/d,而白蛋白水平(30.23±4.23)g/L高于对照组(26.21±4.16)g/L,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(20.00%)与对照组(22.86%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷联合糖皮质激素治疗成年人原发性肾病综合征的疗效确切,且安全性较高。

Therapeutic Effect of Tripterygium Glycosides Combined With Glucocorticoid on Patients With PNS

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of tripterygium glycosides combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of adult primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods Seventy patients with primary nephrotic syndrome in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids,and the observation group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,24h urine protein,albumin level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(94.29%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.29%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The 24-hour urine protein(1.13±0.12)g/d in the observation group was low after treatment.In the control group(1.58±0.14)g/d,albumin level(30.23±4.23)g/L was higher than that in the control group(26.21±4.16)g/L,the difference was significant(P<0.05);observation group The incidence of adverse reactions(20.00%)was not different from that of the control group(22.86%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with glucocorticoids are effective and safe in the treatment of adult primary nephrotic syndrome.
