| 摘 要： | 通过对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗28例复杂性视网膜脱离患的术前、术后护理、密切观察病情、以及正确选择术后体位，并给予心理护理与健康指导。认为对于患视网膜获得解剖学复位，提高视力，巩固手术疗效及预防并发症起到重要的作用。

| Abstract: | patients with complicated retinal detachment were treated with vitrectomy and silicone oil injection. All of them received careful nursing before and after operation. This included daily work-up, helping patients to maintain special position, psychological and healthy guidance. All of these were important to patients' anatomical and functional recovery and prevention of complications. |
