| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的诊断及治疗原则。方法 回顾性分析172例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的特点、对妊娠影响，及对分娩中的母婴间的关系。结果 肌瘤与妊娠互相影响，经妥善处理，可安全渡过妊娠与分娩。结论 子宫肌瘤亦属中年妇女多发病，常常与妊娠并存。按着不同情况进行妥善处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment priciple of cyesis combined with hysteromyoma. Methods 172 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively for affection on cyesis and relation of mother and baby. Results The cyesis affected hysteromyoma each other. The proper treatment could spend safe cyesis and delivery. Conclusion Hysteromyoma is common in middle aged women and coexist with cyesis. The proper treatment should be taken. |
