22例口腔疣状癌临床病理分析

目的：探讨疣状癌的临床病理学特点及分型,以提高手术治疗效果。方法：对22例口腔疣状癌的临床表现、病理特点和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果：口腔疣状癌按临床特征可分为外生型、囊肿型、浸润型,组织学上有膨大的上皮钉突呈“推进式”生长,部分病例浸润前缘有小团鳞状细胞癌灶。结论：口腔疣状癌的临床表现多种多样,要结合病理特征确诊,外生型预后好,囊肿型及浸润型预后差。

Clinicopathological analysis of oral verrucous carcinoma in 22 cases

Objective:To detect the pathematology characteristic,pathematology types and the surgerical intervention effectiveness of verrucous carcinoma.Methods:To analysis clinical manifestation,pathematology characteristic and the therapeutic effect of verrucous carcinoma.Results:Verrucous carcinoma was classified into three groups for clinical characteristics,ectogenesis group,kystis group and infiltrating group.The carcinoma epithelium cell grew exsertum like dilatate nail.Nest of squamous cell carcinoma could be found at the former of the cancer infiltration.Conclusion:The clinical manifestation of verrucous carcinoma is diverse,so the pathologic charateristic should be considered in the final diagnosis.The prognosis is better of ectogenesis type than the other two types.
