| 摘 要： | 将聚维酮碘制成１０％乳膏，用于治疗烧伤，观察其临床疗效。方法：以服化法制备乳膏，用循环试验、耐热、耐寒试验和离心法考察其稳定，以创面细菌培养和创面愈合程度判断疗效。结果聚维酮碘乳膏制备方法，质量稳定，临床疗效显著，毒副作用小，不易耐药，不易产生过敏反应。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE :Providoneiodivewaspreparedtobe 1 0 %cream .Itwasusedinburntreatmentandwas doserredtheclinicaleffects.METHOD :Thecreamwasprepartedbyemulsionprocess.Itsstabilitywasobservedbycycle test,heatprooftest,coldprooftestandcentrifugalprocess.Theeffectswerejudgedbybacterialcultureofburnsuperficies andhealingdegreeofburnsuperficies.RESULTS :Thepreparationofprovidoneiodivecreamwassimple,andthequalityis stable.Ithadnoticeableclinicaleffectsandlittleside effects,andwouldnotcausetoleranceandallergicreactions. CONCLUSION :Itisthealternativeburnmedicineinclinicaltreatment. |
