摘    要:目的 探讨透明质酸钠(SH)微针的制备方法并考察其性能特征.方法 利用聚二甲基硅氧烷微针模具制备SH微针,采用离心注模和恒温干燥的方式,根据微针针尖的填充完整性、成型性及基底平整度筛选适宜分子量的SH,并优选最佳制备工艺.采用封口膜穿刺试验测试微针的机械性能,选取制备的空白SH微针进行小鼠体内溶解实验,测试体内溶解度....

Abstract:Objective To investigate the preparation method of sodium hyaluronate(SH) microneedles and its property characterization.Methods SH microneedles were prepared by polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) microneedle mold.Through the centrifugal injection mold and constant temperature drying,the SH with appropriate molecular weight was selected and the best preparation process was optimized according to the filling integrity and formability of microneedle tips and the smoothness of the base.The mechanical properties of microneedles were tested by sealing membrane puncture test,and the prepared blank microneedles were selected for the dissolution test in mice to test the solubility in vivo.Results The microneedle was prepared with 10% SH [relative molecular weight(M;) was in the range of 200 000-400 000] as the needles matrix,10%SH(M,was in the range of 10 000-100 000) as the basal matrix,centrifugation at 4℃ for 30 s(the rotation rate was 4 200 r/min) with three times,constant temperature drying at 40℃ for 2.0 h,the prepared microneedle base was smooth and the needle shape was intact.The microneedle could be completely dissolved within 10 min after inserting into the mouse skin.Conclusion The preparation method of SH microneedle is feasible,the process flow is simple,and the property of SH microneedle is good.
