高同型半胱氨酸及高脂蛋白a与冠心病的相关性

目的 了解血清高同型半胱氨酸（HCY）及高脂蛋白aLp（a）]与冠心病（CHD）的相关性及其监测意义。方法采用循环酶法和免疫透射比浊法分别测定120名CHD患者和80名健康对照者的血清HCY和Lp（a），然后比较冠心病组和对照组的血清HCY和Lp（a）水平，同时分析HCY和Lp（a）与冠心病的相关性。结果CHD组血清HCY和Lp（a）水平（27．2±12．8，436．5±168．2）比对照组（10.8±3．6，98．6±9．8）有显著性增高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；血清HCY和Lp（a）与冠心病的相关性分别是0．683和O．583。结论HCY和Lp（a）均与患CHD的危险性呈正相关，临床监测并控制血HCY和Lp（a）的水平对CHD的诊疗和预后有重要意义。

Correlation of high homocysteine and high lipoprotein (a)with coronary heart disease

Objective To understand the correlation of serum high homocysteine（HCY）and high lipoprotein（a）Lp（a）] with coronary heart disease an its significance. Methods The HCY and Lp（a）in 120 coronary heart disease（CHD）patient and 80 healthy control people were measured with cycle enzymic method and immunity transmission turbidity ,the conentradons of HCY and Lp（a）between CHD group and healthy group were compared. Results The concentration of HCY and Lp（a） in CHD group were 27.2 ± 12.8 and 436.5 ±168.2,remarkable higher than healthy control group （10.8 ±3.6,98.6 ±9.8）, showing statistical significanc（P〈0.01）with R--0.683 and r=0.583. Conclusion HCY and Lp（a）were positively correlative with CHD,the monitoring of concentration of Lp（a）f HCY and Lp（a）is essential for diagnosis and prognosis of CHD.
