黄石市社区居民糖代谢异常及影响因素分析

目的 了解黄石市社区居民糖代谢异常患病现状及影响因素，为制定防控措施提供依据。方法采用按比例概率抽样方法（PPs），对5712名18岁以上社区居民进行问卷调查、体检和实验室检查，并采用Logistic回归分析糖代谢异常的影响因素。结果黄石市社区居民IFG、IGT和DM标化后患病率分别为2．21％、4．09％、6．87％。甘油三酯异常（OR=1．53）、年龄增大（OR=1．39）、收缩压高（OR=I．27）、腰围增加（OR=1．48）是黄石市社区居民糖代谢异常的主要危险因素，女性（OR=0．78）为其保护因素。结论黄石市社区居民糖代谢异常患病率较高，其发生受多种因素影响，通过降低体重，控制血压和血脂，可有效预防糖代谢异常的发生。

Analysis of prevelence of abnormal glycometabolism and influencing factors in residents of Huangshi City

Objective To analyze the prevalence of abnormal glyeometabolism and its influencing factors in the residents of Huangshi city. Methods 5 712 residents 〉18 years old were selected from Huangshi city by probability proportional to size （PPS）sarnpling method and questionaire surveys and physical examination were made. Related factors of abnormal glycometabolism were analyzed with logistic regression analysis. Results Prevalence of IFG,IGT,DM were 2.21%, 4.09%, 6.87% respectively.Abnormal triglyeeride,elder age, high systolic blood pressure,increased waist circumference were main fish factors associated with abnormal glycometabolism. The incidence of females was lower compared to males. Conclusion The prevalence of abnormal glycometabolism is high in the residents of Huangshi City and preventive measures to risk factors be taken.
