| 摘 要： | 目的 了解糖尿病患者伴发抑郁症状的临床特征.方法 应用HAMD、HAMA对糖尿病伴发抑郁症状患者的抑郁及焦虑和一般情况与抑郁症患者进行比较.结果 糖尿病组有更多的焦虑而一般情况及抑郁症状差异无统计学意义.结论 糖尿病患者常伴有抑郁症状,需及时处理才能提高患者生存质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical features of depressive symptoms in the patients diabetes.Methods Thirty-five cases of diabetes accompanied with depressive symptoms were enrolled in the study.Their clinical symptoms were measured with HAMD and HAMA and compared with those of depression patients.Results There was significant difference in anxiety and no significant difference in the others between diabate and depression.Conclusion The diabetes patients are commonly accompanied with depressive symptoms and should be treated in time for improving the quality of life. |
