| 摘 要： | 目的:观察夏连薏英汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变湿热中阻型的逆转作用。方法:将206例符合标准的CAG胃癌前期病变患者,随机分为夏连薏英汤治疗组120例和维酶素对照组86例进行临床疗效观察。结果:治疗组自身前后及与对照组比较。临床症状积分、胃镜像、病理的积分均有统计学意义。结论:夏连薏英汤具有较好的临床、病理疗效,是逆转胃黏膜癌前病变湿热中阻型的有效的方剂。

| Abstract: | Objective:To overview the reversal effect of using Xialian Yiying in CAG of humid heat to hinder type.Method:To divide 206 patients which meet a precancerous lesion criterion of CAG into two groups,one was Xialian Yiying group include 120 patients,the other was Wei Meisu group include 86 patients.overview the clinical effect.Results:there was distinguished statistical significance in clinical symptom accumulated points,gastroscopic result and pathological accumulated points between treatment group and control group.Conclusion:soup of Xialian Yiying has better clinical and pathological effect.It's a available chemical preparation to reverse precancerous lesion of CAG of humid heat to hinder type. |
