| 摘 要： | 目的:总结钬激光治疗耳郭假性囊肿的疗效。方法:用钬激光治疗41例耳郭假性囊肿,并与手术和穿刺抽液术的治疗结果作比较。结果:钬激光的有效率为95.12%,明显优于穿刺组(P<0.01),与手术组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:钬激光操作简便,疗效显著,是治疗耳郭假性囊肿的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of holmium laser in treating pseudocyst of the auricle. Method: One hundred and twenty-five patients were randomized into three groups who received holmium laser therapy(n=41),surgical treatment(n=39) and paracentesis (n=45).Result:The response rate of holmium laser group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the paracentesis group(P<0.01) and similar to that of the surgical one (P>0.05). Conclusion: Holmium laser treatment is one of the most easy and efficient methods to cure pseudocyst of the auricle. |
