| 摘 要： | 人胚胎植入前遗传学诊断技术（PGD）在很多国家已经成功开展,并应用于部分染色体疾病和单基因遗传病的检测,随着技术水平的发展,PGD的检测范围逐渐扩大,进而引起了诸多伦理学争议,因此应当权衡利弊,谨慎确定PGD的应用范围,建立适合我国国情的PGD技术及伦理操作指南。 |

| Abstract: | Preimplantation genetic diagnosis of human embryo was successfully carried out in many countries to detect some chromosome and single gene diseases.Along with the techniques development,the PGD applications were expanded correspondingly and cause plenty ethical controversy.We should limit the PGD applications cautiously and establish a PGD technical and ethical guidline suit for our country after comprehensive consideration. |
