咽颈病证与失眠症的相关性研究

目的：对咽喉、颈椎病症与失眠症三者是否有相关性进行客观分析。方法：在失眠专科对以失眠为主症前来就诊的500例病人进行失眠症、慢性咽喉炎和颈椎病相关性的初步调查统计的基础上，对55例失眠症、咽喉和颈肩部不适共存的病人进行睡眠量表、纤雏喉镜和颈椎正侧双斜位片的观察。结果：35％患者同时存在三种疾病，经中医辨证治疗，失眠症改善的同时，咽喉或颈部的症状也相应缓解；慢性咽喉炎或颈椎病患者的临床症状得到改善的同时，原有的失眠症状也得到改善。55例病人睡眠量表计分均大于12分，纤维喉镜检查提示咽喉部都有充血、渗出等改变，颈椎均有不同程度的生理曲度改变、退性性变等，颈项病变与失眠症之相关系数为R颈项=0．357，P=0．048；咽喉病变与失眠症之相关系数为R咽项0．437，P=0．007，两者的P值均小于0．05。结论：咽喉、颈椎病证与失眠症三者之间有一定的相关性。

Studies on the Relationship between Syndromes of Neck--Pharynx and Insomnia

Objective： To analyze objectively the relationship of the cervical spondylosis, pharyngolaryngitis and insomnia. Methods：At the basis of primary statistical analysis of the 500 patients with chief complaint of insomnia by the special department of insomnia, the syndromes of insomnia, pharyngolaryngitis, and discomfortable of the neck--shoulder of 55 cases were observed by the sleeping questionnaires, fiber laryngoscope,and X ray of C--Spine Dual Oblique. Results：The three syndromes coexisted in 35% of the patients,after the treatment of TCM of insomnia,the syndromes of neck--pharynx were also alleviated. The next were getting off,the insomnia were alleviated. The score of the sleeping questionnaires of the 55 cases were more than 12, the inspection of fiber laryngoscope indicate that the hyperemia and exudation, the change of physiological curvature and degeneration of cervical spine, the correlation coefficient is R= 0. 357 ,P= 0. 048 or R=0. 437 ,P= 0. 007 for insomnia and cervical spondylosis or pharyngo- laryngitis. Conclusion：There are certain relationship of the cervical spondylosis,pharyngolaryngitis and insomnia.
