腰椎管减压植骨坚强连接(SOCON)复位器治疗腰椎滑脱

目的]观察应用腰椎管减压、横突间植骨和坚强连接(SOCON)复位器治疗腰椎滑脱合并腰椎管狭窄患者的早期疗效.方法]对18例腰椎滑脱患者采用腰椎管减压,横突间植骨和SOCON内固定手术.结果]18例患者中,15例症状完全消失,达83%,14例Ⅰ°滑脱完全复位,3例Ⅱ°滑脱完全复位,解剖复位率达94%.结论]SOCON复位器治疗腰椎滑脱,效果良好,复位满意.

The Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Treated with Decompressive Laminetomy, Bone Grafting and Solid Connection (SOCON) System

To observe the early clinical outcome of the lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with decompressive laminetomy, intertransverse process arthrodesis with bone grafting and transpedicle instrument of solid connection (SOCON) system. 18 cases were treated with decompression of the spine canal stenosis. And intertransverse process arthrodesis was managed by means of bone chip grafting obtained from the iliac crest, and SOCON system was installed by pedicle screw fixation devices. The results showed that the pre operative clinical symptoms disappeared completely in 15 of 18 patients (83%). 14 cases with degree 1 and 3 cases with degree 2 spondylolisthesis achieved complete reduction of the olisthy bodies. Anatomical reduction rate was 94%. Conclusion] Treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with SOCON system has satisfactory reduction rate and excellent therapeutic effect.
