| 米非司酮序贯宫瘤宁治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨米非司酮序贯宫瘤宁治疗子宫肌瘤的远期疗效。方法：治疗组：口服米非司酮12．5mg／d，12周后口服宫瘤宁1．8g／次，3次／d，连续12周。对照组：口服米非司酮，服药方法同治疗组。结果：米非司酮联合宫瘤宁的治疗效果明显高于单用米非司酮，其差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：米非司酮序贯宫瘤宁是治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the long term clinical efficicay of mifepristone sequential oral Gongliuning to treat hysteromyoma.Methods:Medical treatment group: oral mifepristone 12.5mg/day,12 weeks after oral Gongliuning 1.8g/time,3/day over the last 12 weeks.Control group: only oral mifepristone at the same time with treatment group.Results:The result of mifepristone and Gongliuning medical treatment was higher than only oral mifepristone.There was statistical difference compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Sequential therapy of mifepristone and Gongliuning in uterine leiomyoma is a effective method. |
