| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产后出血并发DIC的临床特点及介入栓塞止血的临床应用价值。方法对12例剖宫产后出血并发DIC的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果全部病人均成功止血并存活,10例达到即刻止血,2例出血明显减少,分别于3d和7d逐渐停止出血,预后均良好。结论剖宫产后出血并发DIC具有出血量大、病情发展迅速的特点;介入栓塞止血应用于剖宫产后大出血并发DIC,具有止血迅速、彻底、持久,安全、可靠的优点,并可保留子宫。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of cesarea n section (C-section) complicating with DIC and evaluate the interventional emb o lization as a treatment of post-C-section hemorrhage. Methods In total 12 case s of post-C-section massive hemorrhage and DIC were retrospectively studied. Results Hemostasia was successfully obtained after intervention in all patients. Bleeding was immediately ceased after the procedure in 10 cases out of 12, and b leeding was significantly decreased after intervention, which stop gradually wit hin 3 and 7 days in other 2 cases . Excellent prognosis was archieved in all cases. Conclusion Post-C-section bleeding with DIC is characterized by massive bl ood loss and progressive deterioration of the patients' condition. Interventiona l embolization provides a quick, thorough, lasting, safe and reliable control of the bleeding, with which uterectomy is able to be avoid. |
