雾化吸入结合复合脉冲磁性治疗儿童哮喘急性发作期疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨雾化吸入结合复合脉冲磁性治疗儿童哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效.方法 收集我院2012年3月-2013年8月治疗的100例急性发作期的哮喘患儿,随机分成对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予平喘、抗感染和雾化吸入,观察组在对照组的基础上加复合脉冲治疗仪治疗.结果 经过治疗,观察组临床控制46例,显效3例,好转1例,总有效率为100.0%.对照组临床控制34例,显效6例,好转3例,总有效率为84.0.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 雾化吸入结合复合脉冲磁性治疗儿童哮喘急性发作期疗效显著,值得推广.

Abstract:Objective To study the atomization inhalation combined with complex pulse magnetic the clinical curative effect of treating children asthma acute phase. Methods Collected from March 2012 to August 2013 for the treatment of 100 cases of acute episode of asthma in children, the 50 cases randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group given smooth wheezing, anti-infection and atomization inhalation, observation group in the control group and composite pulse treatment on the basis of the treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical observation group control 46 cases, 3 cases had marked effect, im- provement in 1 case, the total effective rate was 100.0%. Clinical control of 34 cases, 6 cases had marked effect, improvement in 3 cases, the total effective rate of 84.0.0 %, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Atomization inhalation combined with complex pulse magnetic therapy children asthma acute phase curative effect is distinct, worthy of promotion.
