对老年矽肺患者实施人性化护理干预的效果研究

目的 探讨人性化护理干预在矽肺患者临床护理中的作用.方法 将196例住院病人随机分为干预组和对照组各98例.干预组在常规护理基础上进行日常生活中的心理疏导、情感支持、生活上照顾相融合的人性化护理,对照组行常规护理.两组每隔7 d观察患者心理状态和心理需求的满意度.结果 两组心理状态及满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者明显解除了孤独、消极、悲观情绪,生存质量明显提高.病人的心理需求满意率大大提高.与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对矽肺患者的日常活动实施人性化护理干预,可以帮助患者建立战胜疾病的信心,指导临床护理人员在为患者实施健康教育时,制定科学具体的护理方案,提高临床疗效,改善生存质量,延长患者寿命.

The effect implementing by personalization nursing to old age anthraco-silicosis patient was studied

Objective To explor the human nursing intervention in the clinical care of patients with silicesis role.Methods 196 cases of in-patients were randomly divided into intervention and control groups the 98 cases.In a conventional nursing intervention group on the basis of daily life for psychological counseling,emotional support.life care of the humane care and combines the control group routine care.2 groups once every 7 days observation and psychological state of patients with psychological needs satisfaction.Results Group psychological satisfaction of state and the difference was significant(P<0.05);intervention group were significantly lifted with loneliness,negative,pessimistic mood,the quality of life improved markedly.The psychological needs of the patient satisfaction rate has been greatly increased.Compared with the control group had a significant difference(P<0.05)in patients with silicosis.Conclusion On the implementation of the day-to -day activities of humanistic nursing interventions can help patients establish the confidence to overcome the disease.Guidance for patients with clinical nurses in the implementation of health education,improved clinical efficacy,improved quality of life and prolong life in patients with the development of science and specific care programs.
