钦州市钦南区2000-2009年艾滋病流行现况分析

目的了解钦州市钦南区艾滋病流行现状,为制订预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用SPSS 13.0专业统计软件,对钦南区疾病预防控制中心艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)和艾滋病病人(AIDS)疫情专报系统及流行病学个案随访所得的资料进行统计分析。结果 2000-2009年的10年间,钦南区累计报告HIV和AIDS734例,死亡81例;全部乡镇均有病例发生,以沿海乡镇为严重;男女之比为2.84:1;病例以20～50岁青壮年为主(69.62%);农民占多数(39.65%);性传播为主要传播途径(53.54%);2006年以来,婴幼儿病例、女性病例、60岁以上病例、性途径传播病例、农民及民工病例的比例显著上升。结论钦南区艾滋病流行已从高危人群向一般人群扩散,开展广泛、深入、持久、科学的宣传教育是预防与控制艾滋病最有效的措施。

Analysis on AIDS epidemic in Qinnan District of Qinzhou City in 2000-2009

Objective To understand AIDS epidemic situation Qinnan District of Qinzhou City,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control measures.Methods By using professional statistical software SPSS 13.0,the HIV / HIDS cases from the surveillance system of CDC of Qinnan District and epidemiological followed-up were analyzed.Results From 2000 to 2009,734 cases of HIV / AIDS and 81 death cases had been reported in every towns in Qinnan district,especially in coastal towns.The ratio for male to female is 284：1.The cases were mainly among the population aged 20-50 years old（69.62%）and the majority was farmers（39.65%）.The route of transmission was sexual transmission（53.54%）.The proportions of the cases of infant,elderly aged over 60,by sexual transmission,farmers and workers had significantly increased since 2006.Conclusion AIDS has been transmitted from high-risk population to the normal population in Qinnan district.The most effective measure to prevent and control AIDS is to carry out education extensively for long.
