摘    要:[目的]探讨射频介导131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌的临床价值。[方法]59例分化型甲状腺癌术后复发或发生远处转移、NIS低表达或不表达者,随机分为两组,治疗组31例采用射频热疗联合131I治疗,对照组28例单纯131I治疗。[结果]治疗组31例中,CR10例,PR13例,SD6例,PD2例;对照组28例中,CR1例,PR5例,SD15例,PD7例。治疗组和对照组有效率分别为74.2%(23/31)、21.4%(6/28)(χ2=16.389,P=0.000),两组CR率分别为32.3%(10/31)、3.6%(1/28)(χ2=7.982,P=0.005)。两组均未出现严重毒副反应。[结论]射频介导131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌,疗效明显。

Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate the clinical value of radiofrequency-mediated 131I radiotherapy in the treatment for differentiated thyroid cancer. [Methods] Fifty-nine cases with differentiated thyroid cancer, recurrence postoperation or distant metastasis, or low expression or negative expression of Na+/I- symporter (NIS) were randomly divided into treatment group (n=31) and control group (n=28). Patients in treatment group were treated with radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with 131I radiotherapy, and patients in control group were treated with 131I radiotherapy alone. [Results] Of 31cases in treatment group, CR was found in 10 cases; PR, 13; SD, 6; PD, 2. Of 28 cases in control group, CR was in 1 case; PR, 5; SD, 15; and PD, 7. The response rate in treatment group and control group were 74.2% (23/31) and 21.4% (6/28) respectively (χ2=16.389,P=0.000); and CR rate was 32.3% (10/31) and 3.6% (1/28) respectively (χ2=7.982,P=0.005). No serious toxicity was found in the two groups. [Conclusion] Radiofrequency-mediated 131I radiotherapy shows obvious effects on differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
