山西疫苗事件的启示

山西疫苗事件中因接种问题疫苗致近百名儿童致死致残是一个伪问题,其原因是多重的,而不规范操作是根本原因。启示一是在预防接种的每一个环节中都要规范操作;二是政府要加强对公共卫生服务的保障,让公共卫生服务尽早回归公益;三是要及时调查诊断疑似预防接种异常反应,给予一个明确的说法;四是要及时、客观、正确地回应媒体的负面报道,使广大人民群众感到真实可信。

It is a false problem that nearly 100 children in the Shanxi province had died or fell ill after receiving bad vaccinations.There were many causes,and the fundamental cause is non-standard operation.The event provides some enlightenment to us： First,standard operation should be carried out in every aspect of vaccination.Second,government should strengthen public health protection and make public health return to public welfare as soon as possible.The third,the health sector should investigate and diagnosis of AEFI timely and give the vaccination object a clear statement;The forth,we must response to the negative media coverage timely,objectively and accurately,so that we can obtain the trust from the masses.
