| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾性分析16例不典型乳腺癌误诊病例.方法 跟踪门诊超声诊断为乳腺纤维腺瘤的住院患者,对术中冰冻切片确诊为乳腺癌的16例进行分析,结合术前病历及术后病理分析误诊乳腺癌与正常乳腺纤维瘤的超声细微差别.结果 经手术后病理证实均为乳腺癌的患者,其乳腺肿块超声图像可与正常乳腺纤维腺瘤表现类似,但结合患者年龄,肿块位置及血... |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the experience of misdiagnosis of untypical breast cancer.Methods The patient in OPD diagnosed as fibroadenoma was followed up and there were 16 cases who were diagnosed as cancer after FS.Their clinical materials were analyzed retrospectively.Results The ultrasound image of these patients was similar with fibroadenoma.The age,location,blood signal and microcalcification could be related with cancer.Conclusion The diagnosis of malignance tumor of breast was complex especially in early s... |
