| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨复发性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的原因,总结修正性鼻内镜手术及综合治疗的体会.方法 回顾性分析2006-03～2008-03间,我院收治的52例复发性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者的临床资料.结果 对52例术后随访0.5～2年,本组治愈36例(69.2%),好转14例(26.9%),无效2例 (3.8%).52例患者均无严重并发症.... |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reasons for recurrent sinusitis,sum endoscopic sinus surgery fix and comprehensive treatment experience.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 52 patients,from 2006-03 to 2008-03,with recurrent sinusitis,nasal polyps in patients.Results 52 patients were followed up for 0.5 to 2 years,cured 36 patients(69.2%),improved in 14 cases(26.9%),invalid in 2 cases(3.8%),52 patients without serious complications.Conclusion To choose the right surgical approach,skilled operati... |
