| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨电视椎间盘镜治疗老年患者腰椎管狭窄伴骨质疏松的疗效.方法 对82例老年性腰椎管狭窄伴骨质疏松的患者行电视椎间盘镜手术,可单侧、双侧,亦可多节段施行手术.患者取俯卧位,在局麻强化下,在间隙棘突旁开0.5 cm处做长约1.8 cm的纵行切口,置入工作通道,开窗进入椎管,椎管狭窄处给予减压,神经根减压松解,将突出间...

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of senile lumbar spinal stenosis with osteoporosis treated with TV diskoscope.Methods 82 cases of such patient were performed with half,both or multisegments.The patient was in prone position,1.8 cm incision at 0.5 cm side to spinal process under local anethesia,put troca into canalis spinalis and decompression,remote pulpy nucleus.Results All patients were followed up.There were 54 cases of excellent,16 cases of better,8cases of good and 4 cases of bad effect.Conclu... |
