灵芝保护鼠脑缺血性损害的作用机制

摘    要:
为探讨灵芝水溶性提取物(EGL)对鼠脑缺血性损害的预防性保护机制,检测了大鼠脑梗塞区rCBF、SOD、Na -K -ATP酶活性。结果显示预防性使用EGL组较梗塞后使用组的SOD、Na -K -ATP酶活性更高,rCBF改善仅出现于梗塞后第五天,且与梗塞体积缩小和组织学恢复无关。提示保护SOD、Na -K -ATP酶可能是EGL发挥其预防性保护作用的机制之一。

Abstract:
To investigate the prophylactic protective mechanism of the water soluble extract of GanodermaLucidum(EGL) on ischemic cerebral damage in rats,the rats were fed with EGL prior and posterior to cerebralischemia induced by photochemical technique.SOD and Na -K -ATPase activity in brain homogenate weremeasured,and rCBF was recorded.The results showed that the ascension of rCBF presented only at the 5th day,andso,was not related with the diminished infarction volume and the histomorphological recovery in rat brains atearly stages.SOD activity of the pretreated group was higher than those of control and treat groups,as was Na K -ATPase activity.The results suggest that EGL administered before cerebral infarction in rats may havecerebral protective effects at eraly stages by maintaining SOD and Na -K - ATPase activity in ischemic tissue.
