重庆市九龙坡区1997年住院患者死因分析

本文对重庆市九龙坡区十七个医院的住院死亡病例进行了统计与分析。结果表明：住院患者共23317例，死亡632例，住院病死率为2．7％。主要死因为：肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、脑血管病、消化系统疾病、意外伤害。值得注意的是：占死因首位的恶性肿瘤中（按死因构成比排列），以肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌、胆囊．胆管癌位居前五位。

Analysis of the cause of death of in-patients in Jiulongpo district,Chongqing in 1997

This report presents statistics and analysis of patients deaths in 17 hospitals in Jiulongpo district,Chongqing. There were 23317 in-patients reported, with 632 patients deaths and a resident fatality rate of 2.7%percent. The main causes of death,starting with the most frequent, were as blew:malignant tumors, respiratorydiseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, digestive system diseases, accidental injuries. Itshould be noted that death from malignant tumors could be further broken down(in descending order offrequency): lung cancer, hepatitis cancer,stomach cancer, oesophagus cancer and gallbladder and bile ductcancer.
