| 摘 要： | 对急性痘疮样苔藓样糠疹（ＰＬＥＶＡ）的临床、组织病理表现及超微结构进行研究，寻找有效治疗方法。ＰＬＥＶＡ表现为以躯干、四肢泛发的以出血性丘疹为主的多形性皮疹。光镜及电镜表现为淋巴细胞性血管炎，淋巴细胞、红细胞游入表皮。治疗以氨苯砜、抗生素、皮质类固醇激素较为有效。 |

| Abstract: | he clinical, histopathological and ultrastructural manifestations of pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta(PLEVA) were investigated. The diffused hemorrhagic papules with polymorphic lesions were manifesta- tions in PLEVA. Under the microscopy and electronmicroscopy, the lymphocytic vasculitis with lymphocytes and red cell migrating into epidermis were observed. The more effective therapy are that DDS , antibiotics and corticosteroides were employed |
