| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对慢性重型肝炎患者的外周血象分析,观察慢性重型肝炎的外周血象与其预后的相关性。方法 ACT-15美国全自动血细胞分析仪测定患者末稍血。结果 外周血象指标显示,慢性重型肝炎存活组与死亡组红细胞与血小板指标有显著差异性。结论 外周血象对判断慢性重型肝炎病情预后及治疗有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the mutuality of chronic severe hepatitis on peripheral blood cell and its results.Methods The patients blood sample were measured with the America ACT 15 automation instrument.Results There was signficant differeace in peripheral RBC and PLT between the group of life and the group of death.Conclusion The peripheral blood cells estimation has directing significance in prognostics and treatmentof chronic severe hepatitis. |
