光触媒抗霉性能评价方法初步研究

摘    要:
为研究光触媒抗菌效果评价方法,以霉菌为抗菌对象,用不同载体、培养基和染菌浓度对抗霉效果影响进行了试验观察。结果,在查氏培养基上霉菌生长缓慢,培养周期较长;在马铃薯蔗糖培养基上,各种霉菌生长良好,孢子成熟得快;光触媒抗霉菌试验用无碳源培养时霉菌生长不影响抗菌结果判断。白口铁和PVC作为试验载体影响霉菌生长;以棉布为载体,接种菌量适宜,光触媒的抑菌能力能够较好地体现。以含36 g/L含磷灰石二氧化钛光触媒涂布棉布载体,连续培养28 d,试验组载体上霉菌生长分级为0级,对照组为4级,其抗霉效果较好。结论,光触媒抗霉试验:制备霉菌孢子用马铃薯蔗糖培养基;抗霉试验用培养基选择基础无碳源培养基;使用霉菌孢子悬液浓度为104cfu/m l;试验载体为纯棉布片;采用6 W日光灯照射;试验在温度28℃、相对湿度90%条件下,培养观察14~28 d。

Abstract:
In order to study the method for evaluating the antimicrobial efficacy of photocatalyst,fungi were used as the antimicrobial object and different carriers,culture media and test fungal concentrations were used to observe their influences on antifungal efficacy.Results: The fungi grew slowly on Czapek Agar and the culture cycle was long.They grew well on potato cane sugar culture medium and the spores matures quickly.The fungus growth on carbon-free culture medium in photocatalyst antifungal test did not influence the judgement of antifungal result.When white iron and PVC were used as test carriers,the growth of fungi was influenced,while the fungistatic ability of photocatalyst could manifest itself well when cloth was used as carrier and optimal amount of fungi was inoculated.When the titanium dioxide photocatalyst containing 36 g/L apatite was smeared on cloth carrier and continuous culturing for 28 days,the grade of fungal growth on carrier of test group was grade 0,while that of control group was grade 4,indicating that it had good antifungal efficacy.Conclusions: For photocatalyst antifungal test,the fungal spores can be prepared with potato cane sugar culture medium,the basic carbon-free culture medium can be selected as the culture medium for antifungal test,the concentration of fungal spore suspension is 10~4 cfu/ml,the test carrier is cotton cloth strip,6W fluorescent lamp can be used for lightening,the test can be observed under conditions of 28℃ temperature,90% RH and culturing for 14~28 days.
