浙江省女性流动人口艾滋病知识调查和HIV/梅毒感染状况分析

目的 了解浙江省女性流动人口艾滋病知识、态度、行为特征及HIV/梅毒感染状况,为在该人群中采取有效的健康教育和干预措施提供依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,对441例女性流动人口进行一对一匿名自填式问卷及HIV/梅毒血清学调查.结果 女性流动人口艾滋病知识平均知晓率为62.6%;女性流动人口自身的学历、职业、收入对艾滋病知识得分的差异均具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05或0.01）;自报刊杂志书籍、网络和父母途径获取的艾滋病知识与艾滋病知识得分具有显著相关性（r值分别=0.226、0.139、0.111,均P〈0.01或0.05）;血清学检测均未发现HIV感染,梅毒螺旋体感染率为2.04%.结论 浙江省女性流动人口艾滋病知识知晓率较低,存在感染艾滋病的不同危险因素,应尽早在该人群中采取有效的健康教育和行为干预措施;报刊杂志书籍、网络和父母为传播艾滋病知识的有效途径.

Survey on AIDS knowledge and HIV/Syphilis infection situation in female floating population

Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice characteristics on AIDS and the infection situation of HIV and syphilis in female floating population. Methods A stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method was used in the study. A total of 441 female floating people were surveyed, and one to one anonymous self-filling questionnaire was used. Blood samples were collected for HIV/Syphilis determination. Results The rate of AIDS knowledge in this group of female floating population was 62.6%. There were differences in AIDS knowledge scores among women with different educational levels, occupation and income （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The AIDS knowledge scores were correlated with information obtained from newspapers, magazines, books, internet, parents （r=0.226,0.139,0.111, P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. There were no HIV positive detected and the syphilis positive rate was 2.04% in this women group. Conclusion AIDS knowledqe of female floating population in zhejiang province seems to be low, which indicates that health education for this population is necessary.
