| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对下颌角肥大女性人群颅面结构进行三维测量，发现下颌角肥大人群与正常人群颅面结构的差异。方法：对102例在中国医学科学院整形外科医院颅颌面中心行下颌角截骨整形的患者做三维CT检查，并对其颅面结构进行三维立体测量。结果：通过测量取得下颌角肥大女性群体颅面结构的三维数据，通过与文献中正常人群测量数据比较发现下颌角肥大与正常人群颅面结构的差异。结论：下颌角肥大女性群体颅面三维结构与正常女性人群存在明显差异。 |

| Abstract: | Objective This article is to find the difference between prominent mandibular angle female cohort and normal female cohort by three-dimension cephalometry. Methods 102 cases of prominent mandibular angle patients who had mandibular angle osteotomy in Plastic Surgery Hospital were examined by three-dimension CT and three-dimension cephalometry were carried out. Results All patients' three-dimension data about craniomaxillofacial structures were obtained by three-dimension cephalometry. To compare with normal female cohort, difference between prominent mandibular angle female cohort and normal female cohort was found. Conclusion Significant difference was found between craniomaxillofacial structures of prominent mandibular angle female cohort and normal female cohort. |
