| 摘 要： | 胸导管引流治疗顽固性哮喘38例,总有效率70％。引流乳糜液平均7600ml,引流时间平均6.4天,无明显并发症。引流后外周血嗜酸性粒细胞及IgE、G、A及M明显降低。顽固性哮喘可选择性应用此法治疗。 |

| Abstract: | 38 cases of intractable asthma were treated with thoracic duct drainage only. The total effective rate was 70%. The mean amount of drained chyle was 7600ml, lasted about 6. 4 days, with no important complications. Postoperative blood eosinophil and IgE, IgA or IgM were greatly decreased. It is an alternative method for the treatment of intractable asthma. |
