养心清热复脉汤治疗快速型心律失常86例疗效观察

目的观察自拟方养心清热复脉汤治疗快速型心律失常的临床疗效。方法采用自身前后对照研究方法,予快速型心律失常患者给服自拟养心清热复脉汤,4周后判定疗效。结果86例中痊愈2例,显效30例,有效40例,无效14例,总有效率83.72%;服用原抗心律失常西药停减率40.70%;对窦速、房早、室早的疗效较阵发室上速、房颤为优。结论养心清热复脉汤治疗快速型心律失常有较好临床效果,尤其对窦速、房早、室早的效果较好。

The Effect Observation of Yangxinqingrefumai Decoction on Tachycardiac Arrhythmia

Objective:To observe the effects of Yangxinqingrefumai Decoction on tachycardiac arrhythmia. Methods:Compared with the patients themselves between they were observed before and after the treatment,so that to observe the effects of Yangxinqingrefumai Decoction.There was one treatment-course in allon a 4-week-a-course basis,which we can have the effects.Results:Among 86 patients,there were 2 patients recovered,30 improved,40 effected and 14 had not effection.The total cure rate was 83.72% .The rate that people who stopped or reduced taking anti-arrhythmia drugs was 40.7% .It illustrated that the cure of sinus tachycardia,APC(atrial premature contraction) PVC(premature ventricular contraction) was better than the cure of PSVT (paraoxysmal supra ventriculal tachycardia) and AF (atrical fibrillation).Conclusion:Yangxinqingrefumai Decoction has good clinical effect on tachycardiac arrhythmia,especially for the sinus tachycardia,APC and PVC.
