| 摘 要： | 目的针对汶川地震灾区所发生的虫咬性皮炎病例的发病特点及主要诱因,从护理角度总结该疾病在特殊时期的处置护理策略。方法总结汶川地震灾区虫咬皮炎的主要症状及发病诱因、处置及护理原则。结果共保障灾区皮肤疾病患者2 450人,虫咬皮炎和户外住宿及蚊虫叮咬关系密切。结论在以后救灾中,应该充分准备抗组胺药物,积极消灭蚊虫。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:According to the characters and main course of insect bite dermatitis in Wenchuan earthquake status,and the nursing strategy for insect bite dermatitis were analysied.Methods To evaluated the main sign and predisposing cause of insect bite dermatitis,the nursing strategy were concluded.Results All the patients with skin lesion we served were 2 450,and the insect bite dermatitis were related with out-door living and also the insect bite.Conclusion In the future disaster relief,anti-histamine drugs must be supplied enough,and the insects must be killed positively. |
