个体化健康教育对乳腺癌患者疾病不确定感的影响

目的：探讨个体化健康教育对乳腺癌患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法：将80例乳腺癌患者按入院先后分为试验组和对照组各40例。试验组接受针对性的个体化健康教育,对照组给予一般性卫生宣教,两组分别在入院当天、手术后1周、出院前1 d进行疾病不确定感测量。结果：试验组和对照组疾病不确定感随时间的变化而下降,与入院时相比,试验组在手术后1周和出院前1 d的疾病不确定感下降趋势优于对照组,差别有统计学意义。结论：采用个体化的健康教育能显著降低乳腺癌患者的疾病不确定感。

Effect of personalized health education on the uncertainty of illness among patients with breast cancer

Objective： To explore the effect of personalized health education on the uncertainty of illness among patients with breast cancer. Methods ： 80 patients with breast cancer, based on the time of their admission, were evenly divided into the experimental group and control group, respectively. The experimental group was treated with the personalized health education, while the control group was treated in the normal way. The two groups were asked to complete the Mishel＇s Uncertainty in Illness Scale （MUIS） on the day of admission, the seventh day after operation and the day before discharge, respectively. Results ： Both the uncertainty of illness of the experimental group and control group declined as a function of time, with the former showing a faster pace than the latter. Moreover, as compared to the day of admission, the uncertainty of illness of the trial group for the seventh day of operation and the day before discharge was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Personalized health education can significantly alleviate the uncertainty of illness of patients with breast cancer.
