| 摘 要： | 目的:探索安全、有效的早产儿洗胃方法。方法:观察组应用胃容积洗胃法,对照组应用常规洗胃法。以洗胃12 h内是否发生呕吐、洗胃次数和有无洗胃损伤情况评价两组早产儿洗胃疗效。结果:两种洗胃方法效果比较经统计学处理有显著性差异(P值均<0.05)。结论:胃容积洗胃是一种安全、有效的早产儿洗胃方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study the effect way of gastric lavage in premature infants. Methods ： Assay group babys were lavged by gastric volume while control one were conventional. The effects of gastric lavage were compared by the gastric lavage times, damage and babies have vomiting in 12 hours. Remits：There were significants （ all P 〈 0.05 ） in the effect of assay and control group. Conclusion ： The gastric volume lavage was safe and effective on the premature infants. |
