| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨预防人工全膝关节置换术后患者深静脉血栓形成的护理策略。方法：对48例人工全膝关节置换术后患者的护理进行总结,结合原发疾病对患者进行术前健康教育,术后密切观察深静脉血流情况,并实施预防性护理干预措施。结果：48例患者术后均未发生深静脉血栓,1例出现轻度肿胀经积极治疗与护理后症状缓解。结论：预防性护理干预措施能明显降低人工全膝关节置换术后患者深静脉血栓的发生率,促进患者康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the nursing strategies for preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT) after total knee replacement.Methods:The postoperative nursing datas of 48 patients received total knee replacement were summarized.All the patients underwent routine preoperative health education evaluation according to the analysis of baseline disease,deep vein blood flow situation was obversed during and after the operation,taking nursing intervention measures immediately.Results:Only one patient presented light swelling of lower extremities and the symptom was relieved after active treatment and nursing,the last patients had no DVT setting on.Conclusion:The prophylactic nursing can obviously reduce the possibility of DVT development after total knee replacement and promote recovery. |
