| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性心肌梗死合并泵功能衰竭高危患者早期运用主动脉球囊反搏的护理对策。方法：选择早期在主动脉球囊反搏运用下行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的急性心肌梗死合并泵功能衰竭高危患者15例,观察临床疗效,总结护理经验。结果：15例患者中,13例恢复良好,2例术后病情恶化死亡,总有效率86.67%。结论：周到、细致的护理是急性心肌梗死合并泵功能衰竭高危患者在早期主动脉球囊反搏运用下成功度过心肌梗死后危险期的基本保证。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the nursing countermeasures of intra-aortic balloon counter pulsation(IABP) in precutaneous coronary intervention patients with cardiac pump failure during acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods: 15 AMI patients aided by IABP because of unstable circulation status undergone PCI being with careful nursing.Results: 13 patients accepted IABP therapy were remained well and 2 patients died.The IABP successful rate was 86.7%.Conclusion: Intensive care is the basic guarantee for the precutaneous coronary intervention patients with cardiac pump failure during AMI.IABP can help such patients pass the treacherous time. |
