帕罗西汀与丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的：评价帕罗西汀的抗抑郁疗效及副作用。方法：对60例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的抑郁症患者，随机分为两组，分别用帕罗西汀和丙眯嗪治疗6周，用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD），汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定疗效，用副反应量表（TESS）评定副反应。结果：帕罗西汀和丙眯嗪疗效相当（P〉0．05），其显效率为83．33％、76．67％，帕罗西汀对伴随的焦虑症状有较好疗效，帕罗西汀不良反映较丙眯嗪少而轻微。结论：帕罗西汀抗抑郁疗效肯定，副作用少。

A comparative study of paroxetine and imipramine in the treatment of depression

Objective:To study the efficacy and side effects of paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods:Sixty patients who met with the CCMD-3 criteria of depression were randomly divided into the research group(paroxetine) and control group(Imipramine) for the 6-week treatment.The efficacy was assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).The side effects were assessed by Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS).Results: Efficacy of paroxetine and imipramine was the similar(P>0.05).The improvement rate was 83.33% and 76.67% respectively.Paroxetine had effect on anxiety symptom with less side effects.Conclusions:Paroxetine is an effective and safe antidepressant.
