电话随访在孤立性房颤患者术后早期康复中的应用及效果

目的 探讨电话随访在孤立性房颤患者术后早期康复中的应用及效果评价.方法 选择2012年3月-2013年1月上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院心胸外科孤立性房颤患者60例,按入院时间分为实验组和对照组各30例.两组患者均采用超微创外科射频消融术,对照组出院时接受常规出院指导及健康宣教,实验组另外还接受护士6个月电话随访.观察两组患者出院1、3、6个月后复发例数和发生不良反应情况.结果 实验组出院3、6个月后患者复发例数和发生不良反应例数均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 电话随访能督促患者正确服药,定期复诊,降低疾病复发率,预防并发症发生,促进患者术后早期康复.

Application of telephone visit in follow-up of eldly patients with lone atrial fibrillation

Objective To investigate the application of telephone visit in the follow-up of eldly patients with lone atrial fibrillation.Methods From March 2012 to January 2013,a total of 60 patients with lone atrial fibrillation in our hospital were given minimally invasive treatment.They were randomly and equally divided into two groups based on the length of stays.The control group received general health education on hospital discharge.The trial group received additional telephone visit for 6 months.Results The recurrence rate and complication rate 3 and 6 months after discharge in the trial group were lower than those in the control group （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion Telephone visit can supervise eldly patients with lone atrial fibrillation to take medicine correctly and do follow-up visits regularly,reduce the recurrence rate,prevent the complications,and promote early rehabilitation after surgery.
