| 摘 要： | 文章从职业成熟度的概念、结构、测量以及大学生职业成熟度的相关因素和发展特点等方面对职业成熟度研究进展进行综述,并对加强医学生职业成熟度培养的必要性进行了讨论。在此基础上对医学生的职业生涯辅导工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the research on career maturity from its concept,structure,measurement,the correlative factors and the developmental characteristics of undergraduates' career maturity.The paper also discusses the necessity that cultivates medical undergraduates' career maturity.As a result of these works,this paper tries to apply them as the guidance framework for the work of career counseling for medical undergraduates. |
